Description

The Model XGQT4 PUSH-ON rigid couplingis a trulyrigid grooved pipe coupling which, unlike other groovedcouplings, does not allow for any axial movement,angularmovement and/or rotational movement under normalservice conditions. push-on coupling(patent pending)allows the pipe to move into the couplings directly withoutloosing components. Support and hanging requirementscorrespond to ANSI B31.1, B31.9and NFPA13.

Caution: Pipe ends must be cut square so that the pipeends butt together.

Applications:

· All piping including mechanical rooms where no angularor axial movement is desired

· Dry-system fire protection pipelines

· Stainless steel piping for potable water and foodindustries (epoxy coated housings with NSF61 certifiedgasket and type 316 bolts and silicone bronze nuts)

· Hot water systems

Sizes available:32mm-200mm/1-1/4"~8”

Working Pressure: Up to 20 bar/300 psi
